01 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "wy2 Casino" or "wy2" refers to the online gaming platform operated at wy2.bio and all associated services, games, and features made available thereunder.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals
wy2 Casino accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are credited to a Player's account in Philippine Peso (PHP).
- Deposits are processed in real time via GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer deposits may take 15–60 minutes depending on the Player's bank.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
- GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business hours.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal limits may apply based on a Player's account tier and verification status.
- wy2 Casino does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. Any fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

11 Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the wy2 Casino platform following notification of an amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. 12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
